• Acted for a major pizza chain in obtaining an interim injunction to restrain a competitor from using its intellectual property 1996

• Acted for a manufacturer of children's plastic playgrounds against a competitor using its intellectual property 1995

• Acted for a property investor on a claim for breach of lease - non-payment of debt 1998

• Acted for a property developer on an originating application for an order compelling a Body Corporate to transfer certain property to the developer 1998

• Acted for an investment trust partnership in a substantial (several million) claim for breach of a forestry contract-1999

• Acted for a major property developer in a contract dispute concerning practical completion - 2000-2002
